The NUS Pharmaceutical Society 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 12th September (Sat) 2009, 9am at LT 22. The NUSPS Constitution, Domestic Rules as well as the Nomination Form have been uploaded onto your Yahoo! Groups to facilitate learning about the roles and responsibilities of the various Executive Committee members.

If you are interested to run for position(s) in the coming election, please submit your completed nomination form to me, Zeng Wanling (9155 0650) or to the President, Constance Neo (9616 8136) by 4th September (Fri).

Please do not feel shy to approach any of the 48th Executive Committee members if you would like to find out more about the position(s) that you are interested in. For the rest of our members, please also do keep your Saturday free and join us to get a feel of what AGM is all about. Buffet lunch will be provided as well and we strongly encourage you to exercise your voting rights during this election!
