Dear Freshmen,
Here are some upcoming matters that you should take note of:
1. Matriculation Fair
It will be on this coming Monday, 27-July-2009 at Multi-Purpose Sports Hall 2(MPSH2,not MPSH1). Do search for the NUSPS booth(pharmsoc NOT photog) in MPSH2 and bring along $48 for your matriculation pack which will consist of your lab coat (compulsory for lab sessions), NUS Pharmaceutical Society shirt and such.
2. Freshmen Orientation Week (FOW aka O week)
Registration is FREE! The reporting time and place will be 9 a.m. at LT 23 which is behind the Dean’s office block at S16. Any changes will be posted on the NUSPS website or circulated via email.
You are reminded that the official stay-over camp is from 3-Aug-2009 to 6-Aug-2009 but you may wish to stay over on 7-Aug-2009 as well to help out for in the preparations for Rag on 8-Aug-2009. There will be an important talk by the Department of Pharmacy at 2 p.m. on 3-Aug-2009 which is compulsory for all freshmen.
There is a pack list enclosed, so do use it as a reference for what to bring. Please also complete the attached Indemnity form and hand in to us on the 1st day of FOW and also the Next-of-Kin form and email them back to pharm.kizuna09@gmail.com so that we can compile your particulars(please include your name in the NOK form).
