The good health and safety of the NUS community remains a top priority. Consequently, all participants for the upcoming FOC are kindly asked to comply with the following points:

Declaration of travel history
Those who had travelled to affected countries in the last 7 days should not participate in the activity or event. Please do inform your OGLs who will be calling you in the next few days to give you details regarding the camp.

Those displaying symptoms/close relatives displaying symptoms
Participants who have flu-like symptoms or flu-like illnesses should not take part in the activity or event. Those feeling unwell should seek medical attention immediately; once again, inform your OGLs as soon as possible.

Provision of contact details
This is to facilitate contact tracing, if necessary.

We realise that these preventive measures may cause some inconvenience, but they are put in place to contribute to a safe and healthy campus environment for everyone involved. Each one of you can play a part by practising good personal hygiene during the camp and exercising social responsibility by informing the any of the comm members if you are feeling unwell. Don’t be afraid to let us know, it’s for everyone’s well-being! Many thanks!

Here are some stuff to note for the camp:

EDIT: please let your OGLs know when they call you if you fall into any of the H1N1 categories stated in the declaration form! If you haven’t told us your t-shirt size please let your OGLs know as well thanks.

Reporting place: Science foyer outside LT27.  If you’re taking 95 from opposite buona vista mrt alight at the stop after NUH and just walk in.
Time: 830AM
Date:  29/6, next monday
Things to bring(COMPULSORY): THERMOMETER, ez-link card,sleeping bag,indemnity form,$45 if you haven’t paid,sport shoes(the grass there is horrible)
Attire: Up to you unless specified by your ogls

You should be expecting a call from your ogls soon(this weekend) regarding some details. If by sun 10pm you haven’t received a call just refer to this website regarding the details.

FOC comm 09

The FOC treasurer(Shuyi) and publicity IC(Tracy) will be going down to Yusoff Ishak House (YIH) on the 22nd and 23rd JUNE, 9AM-4PM to collect payment for the camp. They will be wearing orange tee(pharmrag tee) for 22nd june and grey tee(xpharm tee) for 23rd june and should be seated at the bench located near NUSSU sect(go up the stairs when you’re in YIH).
